Irfan Ullah Baig is a technology entrepreneur and community advocate from Gilgit-Baltistan, committed to using technology for social impact. As Founder of NorthNine, he creates inclusive digital solutions that improve access and opportunities for underserved communities. He supports grassroots initiatives in education, youth development, and digital literacy by mentoring and promoting tech-based learning.
Dedicated to bridging the digital divide, Irfan leads technology workshops, supports skill-building programs, and provides pro bono consulting to early-stage social impact startups, emphasizing ethical, community-focused innovation.

Mr. Rahim is a Medical Physics Specialist in Oncology at GenesisCare, Australia. He holds a postgraduate qualification in Radiation Oncology from AKUH, Karachi. Previously, he served as Head of the Medical Physics Section and Radiation Safety Officer at AKUH in Nairobi, Kenya.
Alongside his professional work, Mr. Rahim is a passionate advocate for public health awareness, particularly focusing on non-communicable diseases. Through the sowEH platform, he is committed to raising awareness about cancer and other chronic illnesses while promoting healthy lifestyle practices within communities. His approach combines scientific expertise with a strong belief in community empowerment and education.
Mr. Masood is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in leading international organizations, including Save the Children, Oxfam, Concern Worldwide, World Vision, and WASEP under Aga Khan Planning and Building Services.
He currently serves as the UN Partnership Lead at Save the Children International and holds a degree in Business Administration from FAST University, Islamabad.

Salam Hunzai is a miniature painter specializing in Indo-Persian art, graduating from the National College of Arts in 2013.

Zahra Nooreen is a pioneering tech entrepreneur from Gilgit-Baltistan and Co-founder & CEO of SheDev Pvt Ltd, the region’s first women-led tech company. Starting as a freelancer, trained over 2,000 women in digital skills and entrepreneurship, creating sustainable opportunities for underserved females.
She serves on the Prime Minister’s National Youth Council and the Gilgit-Baltistan Software Houses Association, actively supporting youth mentorship and digital empowerment. Her work has earned national and international recognition, including the Prime Minister’s Youth Excellence Award
Naeem Sardar is a tech entrepreneur and Co-Founder of uConnect Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading IT firm based in Gilgit-Baltistan. Since 2014, he has led the company’s growth, launching platforms like Rupeeba, Phunar, and QuoHR for clients in Pakistan and abroad. He is passionate about empowering youth through digital skills and has trained thousands via the uConnect Skill Development Program (USDP).

Niaz Hunzai, grandson of the legendary Dado Hashim—the inventor of Xigini—is a celebrated musician, vocalist, and youth empowerment advocate from Hunza. Born especially abled, he overcame challenges to master music, learning from Ustad Homayoun Sakhi and Ahsan Papu. From Altit to global stages in Spain and Tunisia, he has proudly represented Pakistan. A TEDx speaker and Music Ambassador, he mentors youth at LUMS and Lahore Grammer School.

Hailing from Hunza, Ejaz left university to pursue his passion for tech and co-founded uConnect, now the largest software house in Gilgit-Baltistan with 100+ professionals.
